 St. Petersburg metro may hire more security staff and buy new surveillance equipment after the recent terrorist explosion.

St. Petersburg governor confirms 10 dead, at least 20 injured in metro explosion

St. Petersburg Governor Georgy Poltavchenko confirmed that 10 people were dead in a metro station blast.
"Ten people died and about 20 others were injured," Poltavchenko said.
