Thousands of fish on aquafarms die due to high water temperatures

 The heat this summer... is killing huge numbers of fish at fish farms along Korea's east coast.

 According to the province of Gyeongsangbuk-do, local fish farms in Uljin County and Yeongdeok County... have lost 57-thousand fish since last weekend alone.

 In one day, they lost around 15-thousand. The heat has dramatically raised the temperature in the fish pools, which are on land, and the fish are harmed by clash of the warm water and the cold water flowing in from the sea.
