Heavy snowfalls in Poland, Czech Republic and in Slovenia

 1. In Poland, heavy snowfalls have damaged power lines. Roads in many provinces have become slippery due to snow and freezing rain.

The third level of avalanche danger has been declared in the #Tatras.

2. In the Czech Republic, up to 20 centimeters of snow fell over the weekend, which led to an increase in the number of car accidents and delays in public transport.

3. Slovenian officials said the late Sunday snowfall caused over a dozen traffic accidents overnight with fallen trees blocking local roads and downing power lines
