ΦΥΣΙΚΟ ΑΕΡΙΟ: Ολοκληρώθηκε η διαδικασία περιβαλλοντικής αδειοδότησης για το βουλγαρικό τμήμα του Ναμπούκο

Η κοινοπραξία κατασκευής και λειτουργίας του έργου του αγωγού φυσικού αερίου Ναμπούκο ανακοίνωσε ότι ολοκληρώθηκε η διαδικασία περιβαλλοντικής αδειοδότησης για το βουλγαρικό τμήμα του αγωγού. Πλέον, η Βουλγαρία είναι η δεύτερη χώρα, έπειτα από την Ουγγαρία, που ολοκληρώνει με επιτυχία την συγκεκριμένη διαδικασία, υπογραμμίζεται σε ανακοίνωση της κοινοπραξίας (Nabucco Gas Pipeline International GmbH).

 Ο επικεφαλής της κοινοπραξίας Ράινχαρντ Μίτσεκ δήλωσε ότι η ολοκλήρωση της διαδικασίας περιβαλλοντικής αδειοδότησης στη Βουλγαρία αποτελεί ένα ακόμα ορόσημο για το έργο και, περαιτέρω, καταδεικνύει το προχωρημένο στάδιο της τεχνικής ανάπτυξης του Ναμπούκο.

Η Βουλγαρία είναι η δεύτερη χώρα που εγκρίνει την υλοποίηση του αγωγού στο έδαφός της, εξέλιξη που υποδηλώνει πως το έργο είναι σε πλήρη συμμόρφωση με τα υψηλότερα διεθνή και εθνικά πρότυπα και κανονισμούς, πρόσθεσε.

Η απόφαση με την οποία προτάθηκε στον υπουργό Περιβάλλοντος και Υδάτινων Πόρων να εγκρίνει την υλοποίηση της επενδυτικής πρότασης για την κατασκευή του αγωγού Ναμπούκο στη βουλγαρική επικράτεια ελήφθη στη διάρκεια της συνεδρίασης του Ανώτατου Συμβουλίου Εμπειρογνωμόνων Περιβάλλοντος (SEEC), ενός οργάνου του υπουργείου Περιβάλλοντος, στο οποίο συμμετέχουν εκπρόσωποι από την κυβέρνηση και οργανώσεις πολιτών.

    Romanian State Minister for Energy Constantin Nita said on Thursday "we seek Turkey's support in Nabucco Project."
    Paying a formal visit to Turkey as the guest of Turkish Minister of Energy & Natural Resources Taner Yildiz, Nita praised Turkey's recent performance on the international energy platform and said "Turkey is the leading actor in the region and we must cooperate with leaders. Therefore, we insisted on negotiating the increasing number of projects. We wish to develop joint projects. Some projects has been on the shelf for a few years but we want to take further steps."
    Minister Nita highlighted Turkey's key role in Nabucco Natural Gas Pipeline Project, and expressed Romania's need for Turkey's support.
    Nita said that Bucharest would host a meeting of energy ministers of Nabucco Project participant countries in the end of May.
    Minister Nita pointed out Nabuco Project's utmost importance in both economical and political means for the whole region, saying "this project is significant for both Central Europe and Eastern Europe."

  2. Bulgarian-Turkish Working Groups to Speed Up Bilateral Energy Projects...

    Asen Vasilev, caretaker Minister of Economy, Energy and Tourism, and his Turkish counterpart Taner Yildiz have agreed on the creation of two working groups tasked with fast-tracking the main energy projects between the two countries.

    Vasilev and Deputy Energy Minister Bozhan Stoyanov met with Yildiz Friday in Constantinople.

    The working meeting was the first sitting of the joint Bulgarian-Turkish committee on energy issues, according to a media statement of Bulgaria's Ministry of Economy, Energy and Tourism.

    The two working groups are to discuss the implementation of the Nabucco West project and the permit for lifting administrative restrictions on Bulgarian electricity exports to Turkey.

    The first results of the work of the groups are to be presented on May 21 at the meeting of the Nabucco Committee in Bucharest.

    The joint Bulgarian-Turkish committee will discuss a wide range of topics of mutual interest in the sphere of energy, gas and electricity interconnections being a priority.

    Bulgaria and Turkey agreed that the committee had to function independently and concentrate exclusively on finding expert solutions to energy problems without tying them to other undecided bilateral issues.
